Blake is a Principal of Pinnacle Partners where he is responsible for investor relations and market research. With years of experience in technology sales and commercial real estate, Blake brings a unique skill set to Pinnacle that allows him to effectively create and execute the firm’s business development strategy in regards to growing the investor network.

Jill Homan is a Managing Director of Pinnacle OZ GP LLC, which is the GP of only PPOZ Fund VIII., where she co-heads developer partnership, leads real estate due diligence, and serves on the investment committee.
